EVERY SINGLE contact that you bump into in this industry, save it. Trello is a good app to keep up with all of your emails and phone numbers. Write down what project that you met these contacts next to their information.

It's easy to network this way with a call sheet. Write down everybody's information, the project name, and their role. You might need these people soon or never. I like to refer actresses that can compete with me to get roles to share some love. I got this source of information about the Show Bible from Bonnie Gillespie. She wrote a book called SMFA: SELF-MANAGEMENT FOR ACTORS.
I have been in touch with people that I have met on set my very first day of work, EVER! We still follow each other on Instagram. I send content to my network makes to this day! I support them too.
Remember to write down their name, email, phone number, & the project you met. You can write little short notes about how you met if you want more detail to remember. Do whatever you can to remember everyone that you meet. It's best to get your contact's social media especially to stay in contact. ALWAYS GET THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA.
This is also a good practice for people who are interested in getting into casting director roles. Eventually you won't be able to keep up with everyone. You can be so deeply connected with people that matter so much over the years. I can send an email to almost all of my Instagram followers at this point.
